Director of Digital Agenda at AMETICEU Vice President of the World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance, WITSA,Board member of the Federation of Latin American ICT Associations, ALETIVice President of GAIA-X Spain and leader of the Gaia-X Spain Health Working GroupAntonio Cimorra is a Telecommunications Engineer by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.For more than 30 years he has been developing his professional career in the Information and Communications Technology sector, holding various positions of responsibility in the design and management of systems, technical and commercial management in technology companies (Alcatel, Pesa Electrónica, Telspec, Sistemas de Control y Comunicaciones)In 1998, he joined the Spanish Association of Information Technology Companies (SEDISI) as deputy director, an entity that, according to the convergence process of digital technologies, has become the Association of the digital industry, AMETIC, where he occupies currently the position of Director of Digital Agenda and Sectoral Studies.Likewise, he is EU Vice President of the World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance, WITSA, Board member of the Federation of Latin American ICT Associations, ALETI, Vice President of GAIA-X Spain and leader of the Gaia-X Spain Health Working Group. He also holds positions and functions as Member of the UNE CTN71 Technical Standardization Committee, CEOE Advisor in the BUSINESSEUROPE Digital Economy Task Force, director of the AMETIC Enabling Technologies commissions, Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Blockchain and Director of the AMETIC Commissions for Digital Health, Public Sector, Justice and Sports, Agenda and Digital Transformation.AMETIC currently has more than 300 members, including companies, associations, technology parks, academic institutions, etc. covering a representation of more than 15,000 entities.
