WITSA Global ICT Impact Study
The World Information Technology and
Services Alliance (WITSA) is initiating a major study of the impact
of ICT. This request for expressions of interest (EOI) sets out the
specifications and output requirements for the study, to undertake
the study from qualified research organizations and institutions
including but not limited to: colleges, universities,
nongovernmental organizations, consortium, foundations, and
