Transparent design, bias mitigation, data privacy, ethical safeguards, and governance structures embedded in the solution's development and deployment.
Novel application of AI techniques, pioneering approaches to known challenges, or breakthroughs that advance the state of responsible AI in the relevant domain.
WITSA's international judging panel is drawn from member associations across 80+ economies, representing the breadth of the global technology community — senior industry leaders, policymakers, researchers, and AI practitioners.
All submissions are evaluated against the same global criteria, with category-specific expertise panels convening for each of the seven award domains. All judging is conducted under a confidential review process across two assessment stages.
